I learned the dirt on Roy from spies on L. Ron Hubbard Way, the street that runs down the Big Blue complex in LA. He is apparently a sexaholic who is so into his wife he hates being away from her because he needs to get laid so bad. Recently he has been hassling the residents of L. Ron Hubbard way by running a street sweeper on Sunday mornings to make a lot of noise. He even parks the sweeper in front of people's homes and leaves it running. They have also had workers run the lawn mower over the same grass for hours on Sundays. A resident also accuses him of bullying her, breaking into their buildings, and more. This is to pressure the residents of the street to sell their homes to the cult. Presumably the buildings would be torn down and a large new edifice built. He used to be seen riding a security bike sometimes. He may have electrical skills because I watched him building the new Sunset Blvd. Scientology sign at Big Blue. It is rumored he saved someone from a fire once.
