PART 2: The second half of an absurd video in which the police fish around for reasons to arrest people until they semi-randomly arrest Mark Bunker aka Wise Beard Man. AKA Emmy award winning long time Scientology protester who has tangled with them legally before.

A brief water purification rundown regarding the cult. They waste water on lawns, pools, golf courses, lakes and, of course, protesters. Cultists who are being punished are sometimes made to clean up the dried, caked sewage. This infects their lungs with filthy dust. The fecal coliform bacteria count is illegally high here according to govt tests. That means the ground water cultists drink and water their lawns with is contaminated.

In order to drown out the cries of protesters the Cult of Scientology erected a half mile long surround sound speaker system on the road through their compound.
